Jamieson Zinc 50 mg provides a gradual release of highly absorbable zinc that provides immune system support and helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, fats and protein.

INGREDIENTS: Elemental Zinc (Gluconate) / 50 mg


Also Contains: Water-soluble cellulose, cellulose, sorbitol, vegetable magnesium stearate. NO gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.


DIRECTIONS: Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.


Serving Size: 1 tablet daily


Warning: Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
