It is very important to get cleared by a medical professional prior to starting any exercise program. For some moms the recovery period may be longer if they are healing from a C-section. The following program gives you access to the current phyx as well as our full range of programs for a period of one month.
We have a personalized onboarding process that gathers your input and recommends the best possible journey on our app. After purchase, we will reach out to you via email with the booking link to set up your account and schedule your appointment. You will receive a referral code in the pdf download when you purchase the program. Enter this code during the sign up process to activate your purchase.
