Founded on the values of family, health and sustainability, Pivot Skincare was created by Cindy Berg and her three daughters: Emily, Sophie and Emma. Their oils are hand-produced in small batches right in the heart of Toronto using materials and ingredients that are ethically sourced from local vendors.

We ship across Canada and the USA! All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days using Canada Post Standard Shipping.
Canada (ON + QC): $9.50 for orders below $120. FREE on orders $120+ (excluding remote and difficult to serve locations).
Canada (AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, NT, NS, NU, PE, SK + YT): $12 for orders below $120. FREE on orders $120+ (excluding remote and difficult to serve locations).
USA: All orders are subject to a $20 shipping fee.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns (unless of course there is an issue, damage or defect with a received product!). We pack all of your orders with care to prevent them from becoming damaged in the shipping process. In the unlikely case that your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us and include a photo of the damaged item so that we can send you a replacement!
