In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, Alavida requires 48 business hours’ notice. It is considered a “missed appointment” when cancellation notice is given with less than 48 business hours or if a patient does not show up without cancelling. Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled, made up, or refunded, however, you may have the option of purchasing additional appointments. Patient Information.
