Their granola bars and mixes are hand-baked by locals in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia using locally-sourced, nourishing ingredients. I used to reach for sugary treats during my afternoon slump, but now I eat a Real Food Bar; they still feel like a treat, but keep me full until dinner. You *have* to try the peanut butter brownie!

These bars serve spot-on peppermint patty taste while staying true to the wholesome nourishment that you love in our Real Food Bars that comes from whole, Canadian, and organic ingredients.


Ingredients: Organic gluten-free oats, cashew butter, honey, organic dark chocolate (cacao mass, cane sugar, cacao butter), organic fair trade cocoa powder, walnuts, sea salt, pure peppermint oil. Contains tree nuts. May contain peanuts, dairy.
