Our Suggested Uses:
-Add to smoothies and oatmeal bowls.
-For a delicious latte: mix one flat tsp with a splash of hot water. Heat 1.5 cups of your favourite nut milk. Add Blume and water mixture to the milk and serve with a little maple syrup. Can be served cold as well!

We ship across Canada and the USA! All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days using Canada Post Standard Shipping.
Canada (ON + QC): $9.50 for orders below $120. FREE on orders $120+ (excluding remote and difficult to serve locations).
Canada (AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, NT, NS, NU, PE, SK + YT): $12 for orders below $120. FREE on orders $120+ (excluding remote and difficult to serve locations).
USA: All orders are subject to a $20 shipping fee.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns (unless of course there is an issue, damage or defect with a received product!). We pack all of your orders with care to prevent them from becoming damaged in the shipping process. In the unlikely case that your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us and include a photo of the damaged item so that we can send you a replacement!
