Our Suggested Uses:
-Add to smoothies and oatmeal bowls.
-For a delicious latte: mix 1 tsp with a splash of hot water. Heat 1.5 cups of your favourite nut milk. Add Blume and water mixture to the milk and serve with a little maple syrup. Can be served cold as well!
Health Benefits:
This blend is high in iron and great for helping with after workout repair. It’s also an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C and folic acid- making it great for pregnancy.

USA: All orders are subject to a $20 shipping fee.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns (unless of course there is an issue, damage or defect with a received product!). We pack all of your orders with care to prevent them from becoming damaged in the shipping process. In the unlikely case that your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us and include a photo of the damaged item so that we can send you a replacement!
