There seems to be a never-ending number of self-care products claiming to be organic, vegan, all natural, or all of the above. I had a hard time finding products that were actually all natural (and also effective) until I discovered Mellow Bath and Body. Their hand-made soaps, scrubs and soaks are 100% natural and vegan, formulated without nasty chemicals like parabens, preservatives, and sulfates. I buy their Solstice soap, bath soak, and body scrub so I can give myself at-home spa days - it's my favourite way to unwind and release some tension.

It Feels Like: White kaolin clay removes impurities from your skin, while organic oats gently exfoliate. Coconut milk nurtures + moisturizes. Sacha inci extract is rich in essential fatty acids, leaving your skin soft and supple. Perfect for sensitive skin.

Kaolinite (White Clay), Oryza Sativa (Rice) Powder*, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Milk Powder*, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Flour*, Plukenetia Volubilis Linneo (Sacha Inchi) Extract*.

Mix 1 tablespoon of face mask with drops of water to create a paste. Apply to freshly cleansed face and allow to partially dry, about 3-5 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Optional: substitute water for liquid of choice.
